• Pharmacovigilance procedures: translated for a government agency the minutes of a second periodic meeting with pharmacovigilance specialists – Arabic to English

• Package insert for contact lenses: reviewed an English-Arabic translation of instructions for use and care of contact lenses for a leading global manufacturer of contact lenses

• Crohn's disease: reviewed an English-Arabic translation of a questionnaire for Crohn's patients about their stool form. This questionnaire asks patients about the frequency and form of their stools.

• Package insert for an analgesic patch: translated guidelines for the use of an analgesic patch from English to Arabic. These guidelines relate to how often they may be used, their possible symptoms, and signs of addiction to the substance the patch releases.

• Package insert for a wearable insulin delivery device: English-Hebrew translation for a US-based company

• Informed consent form – an experimental medical device: Hebrew-Arabic translation of a consent form for participation in a trial of a catheter that alleviates heart failure symptoms. The form explains the procedure for inserting the catheter and placing it beneath the renal veins. 

• Reviewed Arabic-English translations of prospective translators for a UK-based company

• Informed consent form – a genetic study: translated from Arabic to English a parent/guardian consent form for participation of a minor in a trial that involves genetically altering hematopoietic stem cells to treat Metachromatic Leukodystrophy.

• Informed consent form – induction therapy: Reviewed an English-to-Hebrew translation of a consent form for participation in a study intended for the administration of induction therapy to Crohn's patients

• Patient questionnaire: translated from Hebrew to Arabic a questionnaire for patients hospitalized at a nursing/rehabilitation institution

• Hebrew-English translation of a statement of claim in a real-estate lawsuit for an Israeli law firm.
